Please allow up to 3-10 weeks for made to order pieces to be made and shipped.

All Yang pieces are shipped with either Australia post standard shipping for $12 or Australia Post express shipping for $15.

If you would like extra cover insurance on your parcel at your own cost please e-mail hello@yangjewellery.xyz directly after purchase.

All international orders will be delivered via Australia Registered Post International, which takes 5-10 business days from dispatch to delivery. A flat shipping rate of AUD $30 applies to all international orders. Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewellery.

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail directly after your item has been fulfilled. If you do not receive your tracking number please get in contact immediately.

If you suspect there is something wrong with your order when you receive it please take photos and contact Yang via hello@yangjewellery.xyz within 3 days of receiving.

These photos will be inspected and if deemed faulty you will be asked to return the item back to Yang at your own cost and the item will be repaired, replaced free of charge or refunded at the discretion of Yang.

Items will not be refunded for change of mind under any circumstances. Items will only be assessed for a refund if found to be faulty at the discretion of Yang. Returned items that have been used and or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items that have been custom made or bespoke pieces will not be eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RING SIZING.

Most Yang rings are made to order unless otherwise stated and can be made in any size. If you need assistance in finding your ring size, i can post you a ring sizer in which will determine your ring size in the most accurate way. To organise having a ring sizer posted to you please email hello@yangjewellery.xyz or if you have a bespoke enquiry for a known ring size.

RE-SIZING

Please get in touch if you require your ring to be resized. The re size fee will vary depending on your piece, and you incur the fee of return postage and re-shipping costs. Please post your item to me in original and secure packaging and include a prepaid express post bag with signature on delivery. Some pieces cannot be resized smaller due to the nature of the stones or pearls.
